At Tramadol USA, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Because we deal in regulated prescription medications, our return and refund policies are strictly governed by federal and state health regulations. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Return Policy (Prescription Medications) Due to FDA regulations and standard pharmacy laws, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications once they have been dispatched from our facility. Even if the package remains unopened, health and safety regulations dictate that prescription drugs cannot be restocked or resold once they leave the pharmacy’s control. Therefore, all sales of prescription products are considered final.
2. Order Cancellations
- Before Processing: If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before your prescription is verified and the order is processed by our pharmacy team. If canceled in time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- After Processing/Shipping: Once your order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders While we cannot accept standard returns, we will make it right if an error occurs on our end. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if:
- You receive the incorrect medication or incorrect dosage.
- Your medication arrives severely damaged or compromised during transit.
How to claim a replacement or refund for an error:
- You must contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items and the original packaging.
- Do not dispose of the item until you have spoken with our support team, as we may require you to follow specific disposal protocols for controlled substances.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking information shows that the package was lost in transit by the carrier, we will conduct an investigation and, once verified, issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- If your tracking information shows the package was successfully “Delivered” to the address provided, Tramadol USA is not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
5. Refund Processing Time If a refund is approved (due to a pre-shipment cancellation or a verified company error), the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
